MaaSAI aims to reduce the heavy investments to set up and maintain operations by enabling on-demand manufacturing through the use of autonomous agents. This agents negotiate the use of manufacturing capacities between providers and consumers dynamically.

MaaS Consumer Planner (MCP)
The MaaS Consumer Planner (MCP) integrated with the MaaS Supply Chain Simulator (SCS) creates a comprehensive decision-making environment for manufacturing service utilization. Cloud MaaS Marketplace (CMM)
The CMM is a cloud-based ecosystem that aims to facilitate access to manufacturing resources (equipment, data, software, etc.) offered as services by distributed providers and that leverages manifold ICT solutions that enable the technical and business interactions among MaaS Consumers and MaaS Providers.
MaaS Collaboration Hub (MCH)
The MCH is a cloud component for seamless collaboration between MaaS providers and MaaS consumers, which streamlines MaaS processes, improves decision making, and provides secure messaging, task management, file sharing and virtual meetings, thus improving the efficiency and effectiveness of MaaS operations
MaaS Dynamic Catalogue (MDC)
The MDC includes a dynamically updated Ontology model that describes the MaaS systems (Service Providers and Service Consumers). This model will support the users of the MaaSAI solution in searching the providers and consumers. The MDC efficiently manages MaaS network data, using an Ontology model, integrating a dynamic MaaS Providers and MaaS Consumers directory with web integration for enhanced knowledge sharing.
Recommendation System (RS)
The RS is designed to deliver data-driven insights for optimised efficiency. The RS use cutting-edge recommendation algorithms, based on xAI and generative AI, to provide MaaS Consumers with the most accurate advice on the MaaS resources they are looking for.

LCA-LCC Toolkit (LCT)
The LCT is a cutting-edge toolkit for environmental impact assessment in MaaS, which involves the application of machine learning algorithms for enhancing decision-making, offering interactive dashboards for process optimisation and supporting sustainable product design, procurement, and strategies.
MaaS Workspace Configurator (MWC)
The MWC assists MaaS Providers by offering workspace reconfiguration services, including tool and equipment allocation, resource management, and optimising layout based on both the provider’s assets and the consumer’s requirements. The MWC streamlines workspace setup and considers shared resources among work cells.
MaaS Supply Chain Simulator (SCS)
The SCS allows MaaS Consumers to evaluate and optimise the flow of goods, information and money using a Data-Driven Simulation models to compare different scenarios with multiple MaaS Providers and determine the most efficient or practical course of action in terms of inventory, transportation modes, warehousing, manufacturing, procurement, distribution and customer service.
Predictive Maintenance Toolkit (PMT)
The PMT empowers MaaS Providers to optimise manufacturing resource maintenance by predicting optimal maintenance timings using IoT and ERP/MES data, leading to uninterrupted, efficient operations and enhanced productivity.
Repair-Reuse- Recycle Toolkit (R3T)
The R3T models and optimises repair, reuse, and recycling processes, predicting outcomes through probabilistic relationships. Aimed at reducing environmental impact, R3T aids MaaS Providers in identifying optimal scenarios balancing economic and ecological factors.
Smart Contracts Toolkit (SCT)
The SCT is a sophisticated toolkit leveraging blockchain for secure and transparent smart contracts. It enables agreements between MaaS Providers and MaaS Consumers, clearly defining terms, duration, and conditions, while incorporating innovative pricing and financing.

The MSB is a blockchain network that ensures data integrity and provenance in MaaS ecosystems, guaranteeing immutable data lifecycle tracking, building trust among MaaS Providers and MaaS Consumers, and underpins smart contract executions.
